<description>To make APC work on my production site, I have to set apc.stat=0. If it is ignored or set to apc.stat=1, it will cause program to crash.

My site is hosted on windows 2003 server, apache 2.2.4, php 5.2.10, APC 3.0.19, Symfony 1.4.x.
