This is true.  I like these plugins because it makes it easier to get a section of a screen (such as a part of a webpage).

They also come in handy if you want to take a screenshot of a page that goes past the end of the screen (some of these will automatically scroll for you).</description>

		<description>Why not just use a screen shot?  Alt+prtscrn and then ctrl+v into mspaint.  That&#039;s the way I&#039;ve always done it.</description>
